From mass production to

This work sought to address the known blind spots of a food industry designed to compete on cost alone – issues of equity, accessibility, quality, nutrition, animal welfare, and fair labor

The project utilized prototyping as an unconventional design research method in order to learn deeply about the food system through each prototyped design intervention
